Data We Collect
Email address
If you sign up for the Focus Dispatch newsletter or enter your email anywhere on this site, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, location, or any other personal information.
Analytics data
We use Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they come from, and which quiz results are most popular. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It helps us understand what content is useful and what isn't.
Analytics data may include your approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, and referral source. We do not receive or store individually identifiable information through analytics.
Quiz responses
Quizzes on this site are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store your quiz answers on our servers. If you share a result URL, that result is encoded in the URL itself, not in any database we hold.

How We Use Your Data
Your email address
We use your email address to send the Focus Dispatch newsletter and any other content you've opted into. We use Klaviyo to manage our email list and send messages. Your email is stored on Klaviyo's servers, subject to Klaviyo's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may send you information about Everyday Dose — we'll always be clear about that when we do.
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of every message.
Analytics data
We use analytics data solely to improve the site — understanding which content performs well, identifying technical issues, and shaping future articles and quizzes. We don't use analytics data to target you with ads.
